The CBN is managed by the African Union Development Agency (AUDA-NEPAD), who appointed Africa investor (Ai) to lead and administer the CBN Secretariat. The CBN Secretariat is responsible for all the CBN’s administrative, programmatic, project, policy, media, event and advocacy activities. In liaison with the AUDA-NEPAD, the CBN Secretariat is responsible for high-level preparatory meetings and the CBN’s participation at African Union and Regional Economic Community (REC) Heads of State Summits.
